Service Description

WOD will include both strength and conditioning workouts. The workouts will involve constantly varied and high-intensity movements that will target the entire body in order to build muscle and improve endurance. This means basic bodyweight movements, such as squats or push-ups, as well as various styles of weight-lifting and plyometrics — all of which will work to improve agility, increase speed, and build power!



Cancellation Policy

Class registration cannot be cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled class time.
