Registration for Summer Strength is NOW OPEN!

Students in Middle School (Grade 6-8) and Upper Elementary (Gr 3- 5) participate in regular strength and conditioning sessions throughout the entire summer!

Sessions run Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday with participants marking their scheduled attendance and communicating to our coaches through the Teamlinkt App.

These group fitness workouts will focus on building total body strength (b/w and weighted), technique and cardio/plyo.

Students are not expected to attend all sessions, however, if their schedule allows they are welcome to.

Get your kids in the gym and stay active throughout the school break and help them create some great habits in a gym setting!

Here's the group details:

Program Runs: July 7th - August 27th

Dates: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday

Grade 3-5: 1:00PM - 2:15PM

Grade 6-8: 2:30PM - 3:45PM

*Bike parking will be available for any participants that bike to the sessions

**Afternoon KidFIT Summer Camp add-ons are available for Grade 3-5 participants

***Limited spaces available in each group
